Tray sits a good bit deeper into the base of machine than pictures show, meaning you lose depth for your scale, and have exposed metal edges of the machine that used to be recessed. Sharp edges on tray. Two piece design allows a good bit of water to not quite find its way into the lower tray. Good effort, needs refinement though.

Great looking tray, only things i see need improvement is the bottom portion could use a spout on the corner to easily drain, but if your not using your gaggia a lot then i don’t see it being a problem. The seller is aware of this and says they are working on that maybe in future designs. Other then that it is a great replacement for your stock tray.
