This upgrade will allow you to better watch the output of your espresso, follow the water tank level, and catch the flow better. The kit has been thoroughly tested and will be sent to you after passing all quality checks.
Note: The products for inclusion in the kit undergo thorough inspections prior to dispatch. The product slated for shipping is designed to operate within a voltage range of 110 – 240 Volts. As a result, it can be utilized without regard to the voltage of the current.

The plugs and wiring have changed on the new EVO models of the Gaggia Classic. Emailed to see if there was a solution and basically got a “yes it fits” response. It does not, I have tried multiple times, the spade adapter does not fit the new power switch.

The parts supplied eliminate the need for soldering and everything can be installed without any special tools, which is extremely practical. That said, the procedure provided could do with a bit more photos and explanations. I’ve used several Youtube videos from different sources to get better angles and demonstration of what to do. Having said that, an excellent buy for a maximum effect, the result is WELL worth time and effort ! 😉

As there are many versions of the Gaggia Classic; the wireing can be subtly different on each. The photos helped, to a point. Even so, a schematic was included and the overall configuration/wireing was not hard to understand. I wasn’t familiar with the spade connector trick, so I was confused at first. The mod comes with spade connectors where you replace the oem button power cable (“on” is the bottom of the two in the US version), with the mod spade, then connect the oem cable to the mod spade — you then do the same with the right most spade at the power cable backside. The pdf and video aren’t very clear on this tbh, but the seller is very communicative and super easy to work with.
