Order & Shipping

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. For custom orders, production may take a little longer, and we will inform you if there are any additional delays. After your order is shipped, you can track its progress via our Order Tracking Page. Please note that during public holidays and peak shopping periods, there may be delays due to high demand on shipping carriers, which are beyond our control.

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. For express shipping, we typically use FedEx and UPS. For economy shipping, we collaborate with DHL and local postal services. The most accurate delivery estimates for both express and economy options will be provided at checkout based on your shipping location.

  • Economy shipping: Usually takes 5-10 business days.
    During the checkout process, you’ll be provided with the most accurate delivery estimates for your order. Please be aware that external factors such as public holidays or peak seasons may cause delays beyond our control.

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping, and a significant portion of our sales comes from international customers. We work with reliable carriers to ensure quick and efficient delivery no matter where you are. However, please note that any taxes or duties applied by your country upon arrival are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary due to customs processing, especially during busy periods.

Payment

We use Woo Pay for secure transactions, which operates on Stripe infrastructure. Woo Pay supports a variety of payment methods, including major credit and debit cards. Additionally, Woo Pay accepts Google Pay and other local payment options, making it easy and convenient for you to complete your purchase on our site.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Custom Orders

Yes, we are happy to accommodate custom orders. Whether it’s product customization or a unique accessory, we’re here to make your coffee experience personal. Please note that custom orders may take additional production time. We will keep you updated on the progress and expected delivery date.
